We love the orders you send in with the wide variety of confetti designs, bases and photos you have chosen for your Custom Snow Globe. The base, photos and confetti you choose really do create a one of a kind personalized snow globe.
When the custom snow globe is constructed we use the exact base and confetti that you have chosen and that you have submitted on the order form. If you want "open hearts with silver snow" please check those off and do not check off "jets and bubbles confetti" thinking you’re going to get open hearts and silver snow confetti because that will not happen. Each Snow Globe is made by hand and we are careful to create what you have ordered.
Once in a while, we have received phone calls from recipients of custom snow globe saying that they really love the Snow Globe but the confetti is not what I wanted even though that is what I ordered. What can be done?
Or, I like the Snow Globe and confetti, but I broke up with my girlfriend, can I change the photo?
Once the Snow Globe has been constructed, we cannot change the photograph or switch the confetti sealed inside. Our Snow Globes are made by hand using old-world methods and once they are sealed and cured, they are finished. So take your time exploring our selection of bases, confetti and even photo shapes, so you create exactly the look you want.
In constructing your personalized Custom Snow Globe our artisans really enjoy seeing what base that you have selected with the photo(s) that you provided along with the chosen confetti or confetti's.
