We keep getting asked: What does Snow Globe Central have planned that is new and exciting?
The staff at Snow Globe Central keeps a ongoing tally of these requests, suggestions and comments sent in by you. We do love the feedback!
Plan on a few new gallery page categories to display your beautiful custom Snow Globes on for all to see. The first new gallery pages will be dedicated specifically to Weddings and Babies (new arrivals not your love of your life). The Custom Snow Globes YOU design have been fantastic and we are honored to display these beautiful Snow Globes. (As always, if you don't give us permission to photograph your globe, we will not display the image. It's your choice.) More new theme specific gallery pages are to follow soon after the two new gallery pages are up. The existing gallery pages will still be there to enjoy and will be expanded for more visual on Snow Globes.
The arch crop and ellipse photo cropping are very popular in Snow Globes. Some of the photographs that we receive asking for these type of cropping just can not work. If we were to use either one of these cropping styles on these photos that ask for these type of cropping there would be heads lost or greatly altered in what is probably not desired. What we are working on is a new cropping option, we call the "Classic Cut" of the photograph(s). This is the rounding of only the top corners of the photograph. This new photo cropping will help soften the edges of the photograph(s) that will be on display in the round Glass Globe, but also allow the maximum image to show through without cropping anything important. If it's important to you, it's important to us, too.
One of the unique features with Snow Globe Central custom Snow Globes is the large selection of custom confetti shapes you are able to select from when designing your custom snow globe. We are reviewing what new confetti designs to add to the largest array of confetti there is for designing a Custom Snow Globe. With the confetti shapes we already offer the new confetti shapes will be just as dynamic for your creative palette when you build a Custom Snow Globe.
For those of you that order multiple different snow globes at one time we are creating a shopping cart order form. This will help stream line the ordering process by allowing you to order multiple different Snow Globes at one time and only check out once. We think this will help speed up and simplify this process for you. You will be able to order multiples of the same globe, or order several different Snow Globes, but all in one order form if desired.
These are just a few of the changes we can tell you about. There will be a lot more changes and features added to the site beside what we have mentioned. Remember: you are the designer. These changes are all to help make creating a great Custom Snow Globe even easier for you -- which is hard to believe that can happen.
